My Inspiration
My passion and irrepressible drive is to learn how the human mechanism works and what the most efficient manner is to address human suffering. I also strive to help people to overcome past, current, or ongoing personal pain in order to move forward and thrive.
My thirst for knowledge about all things mysterious, amorphous and existential has lead me through a journey of more than 20 years of deep searching and researching about how to best aid another in their process of healing. I even traveled across country to American Indian reservations and participated in healing ceremonies, to see how traditional American Indians heal their people of ailments including cancer. What I learned is that by accompanying the client to the deepest source of their problem, I will find the key to releasing them from the hold of issues that they are battling. The illness or struggle itself holds the answers to the problems. In my counseling and hypnotherapy sessions, the transformative healing takes place when the client feels validated and when the conflict is released through deep relaxation hypnosis and body/mind techniques/exercises.
With children under the age of 10, I only do cognitive behavioral art therapy. It is unethical do traditional hypnosis with children under the age of 10. Children’s brains do not develop to understand cause and effect or complex reasoning before age 9. At age 10 children are most able to cooperate and submit to deep relaxation exercises. However my experience working with all ages spans more than a decade and my cognitive behavioral work has been very effective for healing both children and adults.
I believe that it is my social responsibility to “give back” to my community, by sharing my gathered knowledge, and ability to help people to heal faster.

- Change bad habits including learning how to stop smoking, manage addictions and detox (recommended package of 4-12 sessions.) You must be willing to quit with or without my help. I will guide you on how to properly detox. Smoking is one of the most toxic things you can abuse your body with, besides drinking straight poison. My role is to help you manage and release the difficult trapped emotions that begin to emerge once you quit and begin to detox. For this, I use both counseling and hypnotherapy techniques. Addicts of all kinds were children who were never taught how to manage any feelings. I help people manage feelings so that they do not become overwhelming. People are most apt to relapse when they feel Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired: HALT. For other drug addictions, I suggest using my services as form of personal ongoing support and coaching. People can overcome addictions, but may need ongoing support for much longer. Prolonged drug use of any kind alters brain and body chemistry. Recovery is steady and methodical. It takes time for the Body, Mind, and Spirit to heal properly. Additionally, a regular outside support group or 12 step recovery group is highly recommended in addition to my private one on one sessions.
- Release past trauma, blocks, or negative associations through a variety of hypnosis based exercises standing or reclining. Every hypnosis related exercise I use, involves reprogramming the brain gently and positively whether you are standing or laying down. I never re-traumatize anyone. I do not believe it is helpful to remember trauma on purpose. I only empower my clients through hypnosis related exercises. Issues often resolve faster than with traditional psychotherapy. The client chooses how many sessions they need. I may suggest follow ups depending on a case by case need. Once blocks are removed in the first 4-6 sessions, the individual sees rapid shifts happen in their life. I now just trust in this process. At first a client may not feel like anything drastic happened. Then, they all come back reporting major positive life changes.
- Feel relief, deep peace and relaxation, and sleep better with Hypnosis, and deep breathing Body/Mind relaxation exercises. Achieved in 4 sessions or more, based on individual need. Follow up sessions are for reinforcement.
- Enjoy happier and healthier relationships. Whomever raised you and how you were raised leaves deep imprints on your psyche. I help you make sense of it all and unlock the old patterns within you that are holding you back in relationships. Some patterns are conscious and you know what they are. Some patterns are unconscious and you may not know what they are. I help you see what mistakes you have made in picking the wrong mate and how to look for and identify more appropriate partners for your lifestyle and for your future goals. You must be ready to share your life deeply with another person. Through cognitive counseling and hypnosis release exercises, I help you achieve better relationships in general. Both in your personal and professional life (recommended package of 6-8 sessions.)
- Eat healthier, lose weight, metabolize carbs, and feel better about yourself (recommended package of 4-12 sessions.) I have spent 20 plus years researching natural health, holistic remedies and organic cuisine. I am also a mom who had trouble losing weight after my child was born because I had little emotional support, not enough time to work out, and I was often exhausted. I now know how to eat properly in order to burn carbs that get stored as fat. I exercise in a way that fits into my schedule and it works for me. I make time to rest and I have made sure I have the proper support I need both professionally and personally. I use counseling and hypnosis exercises with my clients to give them healthy eating tips, and to help them release old wounds and blocks that hold them back energetically. I give them a lot of support that they never got. Sometimes the inability to lose weight in the middle of the body, is related to literally “holding onto” old emotional blocks that are difficult to know how to release. I help clients release them once and for all through counseling and hypnosis, and people see shifts happen rapidly.
- Feel better and more hopeful, improve mood (achieved in 1-6 sessions. Follow up sessions for reinforcement.) The client does the work. I get them through the process and to where they need to be to achieve their goals. I started my hypnosis practice in 2006 but I have been counseling all ages since 1995. In my hypnosis practice I have only had 4 clients out of over a thousand, who did not succeed to their fullest potential. That is because they came in with a horrendous attitude. I tell people that they have to want to see positive results in their lives. I am not a babysitter. I do not sugar coat things for people, but I am also respectful. I only work with respectful people. You have to be able to respect and trust me as a professional who knows what I am doing. I have your highest good in mind. My Counseling and Hypnotherapy clients who want positive change often report feeling better after the first session.
- Achieve your personal and financial goals (varies with clients. You will learn a lot from one session.) The law of physics includes everything in existence. All objects have mass. All mass has a vibration. A chair will vibrate slower than a live flower. Money also has a vibration to it. If you are blocked from money in your life, then there is usually an unconscious reason. I will help you uncover why you are blocked through counseling and hypnosis. You will learn so much about everything in your life. Including; how to feel abundance, attract money, and work with and handle money better in general.
